SEMEP (South Eastern Mediterranean Environment Project) is an environmental education project that has been carried out by UNESCO since 1995. This project is hosted by a different volunteer school every year. The general aim of the project is to increase environmental awareness in children. In line with this objective, participating schools prepare posters in accordance with the topic chosen by SEMEP, and design projects on a variety of subjects. The projects are offered to all participating schools on designated dates.
At Anabilim Eğitim Kurumları, it is very important for us to ensure that students are sensitive to the issues surrounding the environment. This is one of the reasons that SEMEP is one of the projects that we have embraced.
